2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 cups of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup vegetable oil, 4 large eggs, 2 cups grated carrots, 1 cup crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions:
First, preheat the oven to 350°F. Next, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Then, stir in the oil and eggs until smooth. Fold in the crrot, pineapple, and walnuts and then pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 40-35 minutes. Make sure you allow the cake to cool before frosting with cream cheese frosting
